Q: Does the optional Velcro include both the hook and loop sides?

A: Yes. The loop side is sewn onto the banner, while the hook side comes as an adhesive strip included with your order.

Q: What pole dimensions do you recommend for optional pole pockets?

A: Our recommended pole sizes for each pocket option are:

2” pole pocket – Fits poles up to 1” in diameter
3” pole pocket – Fits poles up to 1.5” in diameter

Q: How should I set up artwork files for pole pockets?

A: Your design should match the exact print dimensions you ordered. No additional bleed is required. The hemline will be placed 2” or 3” from the edge of the graphic, depending on your selected pole pocket size.
