Tension Fabric Spec

Material:

  • Dye Sublimated 8.8 oz. Tension Fabric (2-way stretch)

Print Options

  • Single Sided (Double sided and oversized graphics unavailable for this product)
  • Custom sizes Up to 90″ x 100′

Optional Material:

  • Hems – Double stitched with white or black thread (based on graphic color)
  • Number 2 Brass grommets (Stimpson)
  • 1″ or 2″ sewn on Velcro

Optional Finishing:

  • Pole Pockets
  • Hems
  • Heat knife cut flush edges (No Hem)
  • Grommets
  • Velcro

File Setup

  • Accepted File Formats: JPEG or PDF (single page only)
  • Color Space: CMYK
  • Resolution: 150dpi for raster images (More than enough for large format)
  • Max File Upload Size: 300MB
  • Submit artwork built to ordered size – Scaled artwork is automatically detected and fit to order
  • Do not include crop marks or bleeds

Additional Tips

  • Do not submit with Pantones/Spot Colors – Convert to CMYK
  • Convert live fonts to outlines
  • Use provided design templates when available
